As an executive, leadership and business agility coach, I follow the ICF style of coaching, including their code of ethics and confidentiality. I believe in a holistic approach to personal, career, leadership and organisational development that takes into account our personal values, passions, and strengths. I work with my clients to identify their unique goals and develop a plan that aligns with their values and interests, develops their self awareness and enhances theirs, and their teams, growth.
I believe we are all capable of finding our solutions from within, although many of us don't give ourselves the time and space to do so. This is where coaching comes in, and through dedicated and focused coaching time, you will be able to think deeply and freely, and the you'll identify the outcomes and solutions you want to implement to achieve your goals and full potential.
My career, spans over 25 years in the UK Civil Service, and 10 Years in digital and agile delivery. I soon learned it was the people that made the culture and success of the organisation. I recognised the need to support people to safely explore, learn and experiment, and this was the beginning of my training as an agile coach. I wanted to know how I could better support my clients in their organisational and personal transformations and I started on my journey to train to be a leadership, career and business coach, undertaking training through the ICF, Scrum Alliance, the Open University and the Agile Business Consortium.
I have coached and supported many clients successfully become strong performers, navigate transformations and achieve their goals and aspirations.
