As an executive, leadership and business agility coach, I follow the ICF style of coaching, including their code of ethics and confidentiality. I believe in a holistic approach to personal, career, leadership and organisational development that takes into account our personal values, passions, and strengths. I work with my clients to identify their unique goals and develop a plan that aligns with their values and interests, develops their self awareness and enhances theirs, and their teams, growth.
My career, spans over 25 years in the UK Civil Service, and 10 Years in digital and agile delivery. I soon learned it was the people that made the culture and success of the organisation. I recognised the need to support people to safely explore, learn and experiment, and this was the beginning of my training as an agile coach. I wanted to know how I could better support my clients in their organisational and personal transformations and I started on my journey to train to be a leadership, career and business coach, undertaking training through the ICF, Scrum Alliance, the Open University and the Agile Business Consortium.
I have coached and supported many clients successfully become strong performers, navigate transformations and achieve their goals and aspirations.
My vision is to become the go-to coach to support leaders, individuals and teams with their personal and organisational development journeys, developing leadership skills that inspire and motivate while fostering a culture of growth and agility.
Being able to support people and organisations to achieve their aspirations and potential has given me the opportunity to fulfil my potential and I am excited to continue to support others on their journey.
